We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, we will fully refund or exchange the t-shirt, providing it is returned to us within 14 days and arrives back to unconventional-tshirt.com in its original condition (Please, contact us before; we’ll send all information for returning). All returns must be accompanied by documentation which quotes the original order reference number, along with a contact address (email or postal) and preferably a contact telephone number.
As the purchaser, you will be responsible for the returned t-shirt until such time as they have been received by unconventional-tshirt.com.
You will be responsible for the full cost of the return postage.
When returning goods to Unconvnetional-tshirt.com we advise customers to obtain a “Proof of Postage” certificate from the Post Office.
